‘Earth Day’ Special

Blog

“Humanity; the most intelligent species on the planet, capable of anything, but is governed by it’s aggression and youth. A species fast in developing, but slow in maturing.

Once a species that cared about it’s home, it’s provider, let it’s ego dominate it’s decisions. A period of ignorance and neglect has had profound effects across the world. Effects which can be reversed, if nature is given the time to repair the damage.

Remember: We only have one home.”

  1. I am someone who can’t comment about anything here I am also a slave to technology and energy misuse. We humans think that we are a developed species and we can handle anything, but frankly, time and again we have been shown by nature what feeble weeklings we are. A thought provoking intense post here. I would say we humans should bow down to nature instead of crushing it for our needs. Often I think the stone age man was more developed than we are today the stone age man didn’t need so many things to survive but we need everything to survive. The stone age man managed but we can’t. We aren’t progressing we are infact walking towards our downfall.

  2. Excellent post. I loved the video. It’s a great tribute to those who worked tirelessly to help the Earth.

I hate the men in suits doing this to our planet. It’s men, as usual.

  3. Life can only come out of life and only life can sustain life. Our environment is our first body, followed by the physical body and the mind, the mental sheath. We have to cater to all the three levels. The Earth changes constantly, but what humankind has done with the environment is unfortunate. Earthquakes, tsunami, and all these disasters are a result of this. If we don’t care for the environment and take care of our planet, it will create more and more challenges for us.

To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
    And eternity in an hour.

    • So good to see your insightful comment after such a long time 🙂
